Management & investment leadership
Chief Executive Officer
May leads Recore’s development strategy and capital relationships. Her North American infrastructure experience spans renewable energy, large-scale storage and EV charging. As CEO of a charging network company, she led site selection, utility coordination and financing for 50+ U.S. locations, including 13 supercharging stations.
Chief Financial Officer
Alice leads project finance, capital structure and governance. She built a Silicon Valley venture fund’s investment and portfolio management systems, tracking dozens of AI portfolio companies. Her experience also includes managing a $40 million U.S. commercial real estate portfolio across apartments, hotels and offices.
In-house engineering team
Data Center Operations & Strategy
Alex brings 20+ years of data center experience. As General Manager at Shanghai Baoxin Data Center, he oversaw approximately 30,000 racks across Baozhiyun phases I–IV. He participated in the planning and operation of phase I, which achieved Uptime M&O certification in 2016, and led development of the company’s operations management platform.
Data Center Planning & Engineering
Eric brings 20+ years of data center planning and engineering experience. A former Deputy General Manager at Shanghai Baoxin Data Center, he combines infrastructure planning expertise with a background in network systems.
Mechanical & Cooling Engineering
Morgan brings nearly 20 years of data center engineering experience. As Chief Engineer at Shanghai Baoxin Data Center, Morgan’s expertise spans mechanical systems and cooling design, including projects using liquid cooling and hybrid air-and-liquid cooling.
Site Project Manager
Qiang brings 10+ years of large-scale computing infrastructure experience, with cumulative delivery exceeding 1,000 MW. He served as VP and Site General Manager of a 160 MW Texas campus and led EPC delivery for the 480 MW Tianquan and 50 MW Manas projects. At Recore, he manages on-site execution.

Chief Executive Officer
Jean led end-to-end engineering across six concurrent Core Scientific GB200 sites totaling 800 MW in 2024–2025. His 10 years of executive experience in high-density computing also includes co-design and delivery of a 200 MW immersion-cooled facility.
Head of Data Center Development
Richard brings 15+ years of experience overseeing 1 GW+ of mission-critical infrastructure. He led development of two Equinix xScale Midwest campuses with 1.2 GW of planned capacity and full substation design, and established NTT’s global 50 MW standardized design framework.
Head of Project Delivery & Field Operations
Rob brings 20+ years of energy operations experience and has led teams of 500+ across multiple markets. His field service and commissioning background includes mission-critical customers such as Intel, Bayer and the U.S. military, alongside EV charging and energy storage integration.
Head of Product
Anderson brings 20+ years of global product management experience in UPS, switchgear and power distribution. He led Schneider Electric’s $150 million three-phase UPS product line, including Galaxy VX, and directed C&D Technologies’ lithium battery strategy. His experience connects equipment selection with product performance and deployment requirements.
Head of Business Development
Gino brings nearly 20 years of experience in global EPC, wholesale colocation and enterprise data centers. As global commercial leader for Exyte’s data center business, he supported $1.7 billion in annual new revenue. He participated in eight or more billion-dollar projects across North America and Europe, totaling 1.5 GW+ of IT capacity.
VP of Supply Chain
Andy brings 27 years of commercial and supply chain experience in power electronics for data centers, EVs and aerospace. He led Eaton’s Tier 1 supplier program and a $900 million product portfolio. His international sourcing experience includes manufacturing options in Mexico and Canada to manage cost and tariff exposure.
