Monahans, West Texas, United States
Monahans Data Center Campus
2.5 MW of initial IT capacity backed by operating natural gas generation, with phased expansion toward a 300 MW campus master plan.

01 / Overview
Natural Gas Power.
Phased AI Capacity.
Located in Monahans, West Texas, in the Permian Basin, the campus combines operating, behind-the-meter natural gas generation with modular data center infrastructure. Phase 1 targets 2.5 MW of IT capacity within a 3.5 MW facility, with ready for service targeted for February 28, 2027.
Designed for high-density AI workloads, the facility uses liquid cooling to support rack densities of up to 240 kW per rack at a design PUE of ≤1.35. The campus plans dual-carrier connectivity and sits along the I-20 corridor, with access to Midland International Airport.
Expansion is planned to reach 40 MW of total facility capacity during 2027, within a 300 MW long-term campus master plan. Future phases will align with tenant demand and remain subject to development.
